Sometimes you may need a little more help than the people closest to you can provide. Judgment and perceived expectations may leave you experiencing stress, frustration, sadness, and anxiety. Our sessions will give you time to care for yourself. You will have the opportunity to grieve your losses, develop new coping skills, make informed decisions, and improve your relationships with yourself and others. We work together so you can stay present and connected even as events and people around us shift with uncertainty.
I specialize in treating Trauma, Anxiety, Postpartum Stress, Infertility, Pregnancy Loss, Difficult Pregnancies, Perinatal and Maternal Mental Health, Grief, and Relationships. Enhancing typical therapy methods with a creative, individualized approach is my strength.
I have appointment times available during weekday afternoons and evening, and some availability on the weekends. Ordinarily, I offer both in-person and telehealth as an option for treatment.
